Tuesday Tip: Recycled Christmas Cards

21 12 2010

Christmas Card Garland picture from CasaSugar

About now, hopefully your mantel is filling up with Christmas cards from far and wide, family and friends wishing you a happy holiday! Have you ever gotten a card that’s just too pretty to throw away? Well, cut off any border, design, or art work that you love, punch a hole in it, and add a ribbon. Voila! You have a keepsake ornament to place on your tree, or use them as gift tags for those gifts that are fast piling up under the tree!

P.S. – You can do this all year around for bookmarks, or even postcards anytime.
