If you’re an iced-coffee drinker from time to time, I learned this great trick from a college roommate: each morning, brew double the coffee you’ll want for the day. Drink your half, and place the other half in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
The next time you’re ready for a chilled brew, you won’t have to make a pot, then water it down by including ice cubes. It’s already cold.
You also only spend half the time and electricity grinding and brewing. “Instant” coffee!
