Tuesday Tip: Dried Herbs

Herbs bundled and packaged into nice little grocery store size bags are expensive.  While many only last seasonally, you can store them away for your winter recipes and save money.  

Store a bundle of herbs upside down, and hang them in dark, cool place (if possible), and save for winter.  

p.s. – don’t forget to take them down after a few months and place in plastic bags or jars.
