Obviously we love tea around here. (And did you know June is National Iced Tea Month?)
I love it in any shape or form. Sweet the best of all, but hot, cold, flavored, white. And the good news is that tea has many health benefits naturally.
But sometimes those fruit tea bags are a little strong for me when I want to sit down for a little soothing cup.
Here’s a little trick I’ve learned. If you’re making a pot for yourself and some to share, put a few of your favorite regular tea bags, and just one of your favorite flavor (try peach, lemon, or raspberry).
You’ll have a perfect hint of flavor, and the perfect balance of tea. Served hot or iced, it’s the perfect start (or mid-day, or end) to your day.
Or you can buy a canister of unsweetened instant tea and add a small can of fruit juice along with your water and sweetener.
