Tuesday Tip: Lemon Elbows

Poor elbows!

Elbows are one of the most overused and underrated parts of our little bodies. So give ’em some love!

Cut a lemon in half and rest an elbow in each section for about 10 minutes or more (get over it… you’ll look silly, but that’s what your own little house is for!). The lemon juice will remove stains that make those benders look dirty.

After soaking, you’ll want to hop in the shower and do your normal stuff before rinsing that juice off, but you can even use the rest of those lemon halves to body scrub for a real just-from-the-spa feel. Dry yourself off, slather on some lotion.

There now, soft and ready to show off those arms just in time for spring!
