Here is what you need for a beautiful and delicious peach and blackberry cobbler.

 Grocery List:

4 Peaches

2 Pints Blackberries

Sugar

Butter

Flour

Cinnamon

All Spice

Oatmeal (not the microwavable version)

Set your oven for 350 degrees.

Cut the peaches and mix in with the blackberries, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, and 2 tablespoons flour and a pinch of cinnamon and all spice.  After mixing these items by hand, place them in your oven safe pan.

For the topping, soften 4 tablespoons butter.  After the butter is softened combine with 1/3 cup flour, ¾ cup sugar, 1 and ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ cups of oatmeal.  Spread this over your peach and blackberry mixture.

Cook until the mixture is bubbling and the topping golden brown.

Happy Cooking!
