No, not that cheesy book. The Secret, as promised, to Mamaw’s Red Velvet Cake is…

The sifting of the flour. Sounds simple, right? But no. You MUST sift the flour eight times. No more, no less.

It’s as simple as that. You can find many recipes for the cake all around, but the Secret is in the sifting. Do as Mamaw says, and your cake will be as moist as can be!
